Because surgery couldn't be done due to the hospital's schedule, I canceled the consultation, but they still would not return the 10,000 won consultation fee. They said facelift surgery starts from at least 14 million won, but they would not refund the 10,000 won consultation fee. It's not about the 10,000 won; the staff's arrogant expressions and attitude, and their sneering manner, are the bigger problem. I'm really glad I didn't have surgery there, and if problems had come up after surgery... just imagining it is horrifying.
