Facial contouring... I know you have to be cautious about it, but... going around to consultations is such a hassle, so I read tons of reviews, looked at the surgical methods, looked at hospitals, looked at doctors, and after just browsing, I picked one place and only got a consultation there and booked it!!
The date is around Lunar New Year, and of course I'll post a review too. I have to post a review to get it cheaper... haha
First of all, I have a peanut-shaped face, and honestly, my cheekbones are one thing, but my lower face is bigger. I have a square jaw and my lower jaw is also a bit longer... So if I were to do something, it would be better to do my jaw, but I'm still scared of jaw surgery...
What I considered most important was recovery speed! I thought recovery speed means the surgery is simple(?), so the most important things were fast recovery, a natural look, and minimal incisions. I hate the kind of result where anyone can tell, 'Oh, she had facial contouring,' and I just want people to think I somehow got prettier.
So the place I found is a clinic near Sinnonhyeon Station, and it seems to be famous for facial contouring and breast surgery. There were really a lot of reviews, and most of the ratings were good. More than anything, they claim recovery only takes 3 days there.
Honestly, I felt the wait time was shorter compared with going around for double eyelid consultations. I went saying it was a consultation, but actually I went to make a booking, so there wasn't really any major important consultation content... As soon as they saw me, they told me to get facial contouring, fill the anterior cheek volume, and get my nose done... They said it wasn't that I was ugly, but that I'm the type who would definitely become prettier if I did it, that my before-and-after difference would be no joke, and that I have a blessed face... I don't know if that's an insult or a compliment... They also said my nerves are high in my jaw, so I'm a good candidate for facial contouring, but I said I absolutely have no intention of doing that... They said the surgery time is about 1 hour, I have to fast for 8 hours the day before because of general anesthesia, and after surgery I have to stay until I urinate.
I'm not worried about anything else, but I am worried about general anesthesia... Also, I went after seeing the event price, but the difference was insane. They said it was the price without fixation costs, but that kind of detail wasn't written either. The event price is in the 1.6 million won range, the regular price is over 4 million won, reviews with partial face disclosure are over 3 million won, and full-face disclosure is over 2 million won... I didn't want my face to get circulated, so I chose partial disclosureㅠㅠ
There were a lot of same-day booking benefits, so I made a same-day reservation... It's not bone resection, and I think I heard something about endoscopy or something, but I also wonder if that's possible... Anyway, even though it was a consultation, there really isn't much contentㅜㅎ I feel like this won't be very helpful...
