I’ll write this in the order I went for consultations All three were near Gangnam Station, so it was convenient There were some places where I had extra time, and there was a Starbucks in the ㄷㅇㅇ building, so I killed time there I went in, filled out a questionnaire, waited, then had a consultation with the consultant and then with the doctor The consultants were kind too!? They didn’t pressure me They took a CT scan and asked which areas I wanted to improve and how First of all, my slightly protruding chin, like an underbite chin, was the issue and I said my complex was that my face looked broad and had a lot of empty space They said that if they osteotomize the chin tip and narrow the width, my face could look a bit slimmer? I was worried I might need two-jaw surgery because it felt like an underbite, but they said my mandible size is normal and my teeth alignment is okay too, so it’s not to that extent But what every clinic said was that the position of my nerve line is relatively appropriate, but that doesn’t mean there’s a lot of extra room either They said my skin is on the thicker side, so they don’t think there will be sagging And one doctor who was a bit more candid said that with a face that is wide horizontally like mine, the face size itself won’t get smaller I liked that point because they told me honestly instead of recommending all kinds of things At some clinics, since I have a bit of fat on my face, they also recommended facial liposuction together After getting consultations, I think each doctor’s style really is a little different Some pursue naturalness + safety, some recommend a style that suits exactly my face, etc. For eyes, I was recommended buried sutures and natural adhesion, and since my eyes are small from front to back, they also recommended canthoplasty I emphasized that I wanted a natural style that wouldn’t make my impression look greasy... I was worried about large hospitals, but I liked that they had a well-established system They definitely recommended chin tip surgery, but I’m torn because opinions were slightly split between 2 types/3 types
