This was the first place I went for a consultation. The consultation manager was very kind. After the CT scan, I talked with the consultation manager, and then the director came in. The director recommended correcting my bulbous nose and also reducing the nostrils, but the manager said nostril reduction did not seem necessary. So I found that a little puzzling. Oh, and this was my first surgery, and they recommended autologous costal cartilage. But my nose is very short and small, so I did need autologous costal cartilage. Even beyond my case, the overall atmosphere seemed to favor autologous costal cartilage. If you do not want autologous costal cartilage, you will probably need to go somewhere else.
The director pulled on my nose and said it would not stretch much, so they recommended no implant instead of silicone. They said there would be no change in the height of the bridge. They said correcting the nasolabial angle should come first. I agreed with that too. They did not pressure me at all to leave a deposit that day, and even told me to go consult more places. More than anything, they organized today’s consultation into a message and sent it to me, which was very helpful. But the director’s aesthetic sense is a little flashy for my taste, so I am still deliberating.
