I had surgery 20 years ago. My double eyelids ended up uneven. I had revision surgery on only one eye, but in the end they became uneven again. For my nose, I had the dorsal hump shaved down and cartilage placed at the tip, but over time the cartilage became visible. The tip of the nose was too sharp, so I did not like it much. There were no major complications, but the cosmetic result was not very good.
