Even though I had a reservation, there were so many people that I waited nearly two hours. The person doing the consultation was completely exhausted and just went through the motions, and their expression was totally frozen, so I felt bad the entire time I was being counseled. I had gone because of an event promotion, but it felt very much like they were trying to steer me toward something other than the event, so I felt a bit off.
