I had upper and lower eyelid surgery, but I am not satisfied with the upper eyelids either, and the lower eyelids are a mess. I don't know whether the fat grafting went wrong, but it was lumpy and sunken, so I had the fat grafting done again, and this time it looks even stranger. My expression changed, and between the needle marks and the bulging under my eyes, it just leaves me feeling awful. They say my skin is thin and that it is because my eyes protrude, but to me it just sounds like an excuse.
