A year ago I had a nose bridge procedure using autologous dermis from the buttocks and tip surgery with ear cartilage. It was a revision surgery, and I went there for the purpose of healing because the silicone was pinched, but the contracture got even worse than before and the tip of the nose was lifted too, so I get told a lot that it looks like a slightly upturned nose, and the dermis area has sunken unattractively, so I’m looking into another revision surgery. Not recommended
