I went to consultations at 3 places, and only this place told me not to do epicanthoplasty and said I needed eye-muscle correction.. They were honest that because my double eyelid looked thin, my satisfaction would probably not be very high. The other two places said eye-muscle correction was not really necessary and recommended upper and lower canthoplasty, so I went with the majority.. It seems to have turned out okay. Sometimes I do wonder if I did epicanthoplasty for nothing. It feels like my old gentle impression has disappeared T_T Anyway, the director was rather honest, and the hospital's image was good
