I saw a lot of reviews saying they were meticulous and natural, and now I understand why. Even if a customer makes an unreasonable request, if it is too much, the director is the type to say clearly that it cannot be done. The director and staff are fairly friendly. They seem to pay more attention to post-op care than other places. However, it probably would not suit someone who wants a dramatic change or the trendy eye shape. I recommend it for people who want something natural and something that fits their face well.
