Eye Surgery Considerations

Honesty Review

I had PRP injections 11 times and then had surgery, but maybe because cases vary, I got inflammation right after the surgery T_T They said they would open the nostril incision again after 10 days and remove the silicone, but when they opened it, it looked fine, so they didn't remove it and lowered the silicone, shaved the autologous costal cartilage, and closed it up. Right after surgery I kept feeling sleepy and like insects were crawling over me ㅡㅡ Because of the inflammation the tip of my nose became distorted. When I removed the splint after a month and a half, it was pinched and distorted, and I cried so much. After that it kept swelling, the tip of the nose kept feeling tight, and it swelled often; I also had pimples on my nose and bridge ㅡㅡ I got it cleaned and even had an inflammation test, but they said there was no problem. But my condition kept getting worse. After suffering for a year, they said they would do a revision, so I trusted them, got 5 more injections, and went in to consult about the surgical method. When I kept saying it felt tight and painful, they said it would probably be safer to add extra dermis from the buttock, and then another 380 was added for material costs ㅡㅡ They also said they could remove the rib again and do the whole thing with autologous costal cartilage, but if inflammation happened after surgery they couldn't provide care. Since autologous costal cartilage was already used, removing even the dermis would be too much ㅡㅡ The CT showed that the bridge silicone was floating, and the silicone had come to the tip of the nose. When I asked whether it might break through, the coordinator said that after checking the CT with the director, that would not happen. They said because of inflammation it had shrunk and become pinched, so it could be corrected by doing it again. When I asked what would happen if I didn't choose one of the two options, they said it would just be the end. This was supposed to be the fourth surgery, the last one I believed in, but the columella was opened twice and the columella scar is severe too. T_T I am in so much pain, wondering if I even have inflammation, so how can they do it like this? Where can I get compensated for the money, time, and pain? I endured for a year on psychiatric medication, and my current condition is exactly the same. Not a single lie. I'm thinking about whether to do it or not because I'm scared.
