I had double eyelid sutures + epicanthoplasty almost 10 years ago. It ended up a little uneven, but I was satisfied because it looked natural and lived with it. One eye has loosened, so I'm looking into a revision. I went to a few consultations thinking about incisional surgery, but they said non-incisional might also be possible, so I'm thinking it over.
