Very factory-like.... I got nose filler here the first time. The shape itself was pretty decent, but the hospital atmosphere was really bad. They lay several patients out on beds in a row, and the surgeon moves along on a rolling chair while injecting filler... You only briefly see the surgeon's face while lying down, and that's it.
