Double-fold buried sutures + epicanthoplasty 10 years ago (my right eye had surgery twice, but it has currently loosened)

Recommended procedure: incisional method ▶ Since the right eye is sunken compared with the left eye, even with an incisional approach there is a possibility of it loosening, so they did not recommend non-incisional adhesion, haha For now, I said I want no further re-revision in the future, whether it is non-incisional adhesion or the incisional method!
Recommended line: in-out, with the front part semi-out ▶ The front part of the right eye is opening too much, so if the height is lowered to match the left eye, the overall line could get covered, so they said it would be better to combine the two line types. I really liked that they did not just draw one simple line, but set the line according to my current condition, and it felt much more professional!
Consultation review: 1. The waiting time was very short! I arrived 10 to 15 minutes before my appointment time, filled out the chart and took photos about 5 minutes later, then had a brief consultation with the coordinator before meeting the surgeon, and it only took about 15 minutes, so I never got bored lol
2. Surgeon consultation: about 20 minutes First, they explained the recommended procedure and line in detail, including the reasons, so it was easy to understand and fully convincing. They first set 3 different lines, asked me which number I liked, and then added 2 more versions with slightly different heights among the chosen lines, so I could see a variety of feels. In total, they showed me about 5 options, and while talking they kept setting more lines and explaining them, so I could really see which line did not suit me and which line suited me perfectly. And the biggest advantage was that there were no forced add-ons! They asked whether I was considering any epicanthoplasty or eye-opening correction, and when I said I did not really want anything extra, they told me my eye-opening muscle was good and there was no separate area that needed to be opened, so there was no need to do it, which made me trust them even more...
3. Coordinator consultation Before meeting the surgeon, I had a brief consultation about my previous surgery history, preferred line, and procedure, and after the surgeon consultation there was another 10-minute consultation to briefly review what the surgeon said, plus the cost and any other questions. They did not mention the deposit at all, and only checked whether I already had any planned schedule. Later they also wrote up the consultation notes and sent them by chat, so it was nice that the important points were recorded!
