I only wanted a philtrum reduction, but they kept pushing for a nose tip procedure, so I did not like that. Still, not leaving a scar on the philtrum is a big advantage. The doctor was kind and seemed like they would take my opinion into account to some extent, but the coordinator kept pushing the nose tip procedure like crazy. As for the price, I am not sure because I have not been to other hospitals, but it seems expensive.
