During the consultation with the director, we also looked in the mirror together, and after lifting the tip of my nose slightly, he said the height would rise by about this much and that he would use my septum. He said the bridge would be silicone. My asymmetry was more severe than most people’s, so he wanted to perform osteotomy on the right side. He said that way it wouldn’t look crooked. He also said the silicone would not be a stock product; instead, he would trim it to match the contours of my face, forehead, nasal bridge, and nasal tip line before inserting it. He said he only performs surgery on one person in the morning each day, which gave me a bit more trust. Other clinics seem to be very factory-like.
