Extremely, almost excessively kind. It was a bit overwhelming, but even so it felt good, like they really had a service mindset. The surgeon also gave a very detailed consultation before surgery. Since it is a standalone hospital, they clearly pay a lot of attention to image and reputation, and it felt like they put a lot of care into each patient. To be honest, I ended up spending in the 3 million won range because I did everything they recommended, but after reading reviews from people who got it done more cheaply, I can say the effect here is definitely real, so I don't regret the money. My face had always been a complex for me because it looked fat, but it improved a lot. If you have a chubby face, I recommend lifting. You need that to get a sharper jawline lol. The compression band is way too expensive, and right after the surgery they ran a promotion and lowered the price by 100,000 won per area, which was pretty annoying lol. I wish I had tried negotiating the price a bit more.
