I had booked an appointment before going for my double-eyelid consultation, but there was no waiting time. First, the manager checked my concerns? There was a simple survey about things like inner and outer canthoplasty, and then the doctor came in and marked the line with a ruler to show me. The disappointing part was that the consultation was too short, and they only marked the line about 3 times? Then they left right away. Other than that, everything was good. There was no separate booking fee, and they were kind!
