Um... first of all, the results are good. My chin had a huge amount of fat, but it has improved. There was no separate coordinator, and I liked that I could consult directly with the male doctor. Originally I was going to get a different procedure, but the doctor said the procedure he recommended seemed more necessary for me, so I went with that. The price was also something I could afford within my budget, which was nice. The only downside is that the hospital location is not very good T_T
