The doctor is kind, but among the two female coordinators, one kept looking at her phone while giving guidance, and I had a consultation with the other one. As someone getting facial surgery for the first time, I was worried and wanted to discuss things more, but she was busy explaining the costs and gave me the impression that she was pushing a surgery date. Since it was famous on YouTube, I had high expectations, and there were often posts in cosmetic surgery communities saying the doctor was skilled, so my expectations were even higher. But trust with the clinic is important to me, and compared with other clinics, the female coordinators lacked expertise in consultation about customer needs... Since I was going to have surgery trusting the doctor, the front-desk first impression felt bad enough that I completely lost the desire to spend my own money on surgery.
