I went in for a consultation a while ago because of double eyelid surgery, and the director didn't feel stiff or distant at all, more like a familiar kind of person. They said the line I wanted would be difficult for my eyes, and the consultation atmosphere was very kind and pleasant. But I had the surgery done somewhere else.
