I visited when it was the Hongdae branch of Toxnfill and got jaw Botox. It was in a hotel building, so the entrance was hard to find. It was a strange layout where there was a clinic, and inside it there was a hair salon, so I could hear the salon noise and smell the distinct scent there. I was going to get domestic Botox, but after the consultant's recommendation, I got Xeomin instead. Since it is a factory-style place, the doctor came to the procedure room, quickly injected it, and left. The facilities felt cluttered, so I did not go back.
