Rush Review

I was seen directly by the director, without a CT scan. The clinic isn't very large, and it didn't feel especially brand-new. First of all, I have a low, short, upturned nose. The doctor himself seems to really pursue a natural look. He pointed out the flaws in my nose a lot and said it was absolutely not a nose that could be overdone. He said he couldn't make the nostrils invisible, and that if I thought of it as just a minor fix for my complex, surgery would be good; otherwise, it would be better not to do it. He said the bridge would use silicone and the tip would use only the septum, so I asked about ear cartilage too, but he firmly said they almost never use ear cartilage. He said that on the day of surgery, unless the septum is opened and there is truly nothing usable left, they would use ear cartilage, but they have never had a case like that. I went in for a nose consultation, but he suddenly examined my double eyelid line and said the inner corners of my eyes were sagging, and that if they sag more as I get older, I would need an incision, so it would be best to just do a slight pinch now.. He said that doing a slight eyelid procedure and keeping the nose natural would be the best, and told me to let go of greed. It really felt like he was telling me the worst-case scenario. It might sound like he was pushing another surgery, but at every place I went for nose consultations, they would subtly ask, "By any chance... the eyes...? You weren't thinking about them, right..?" But I would firmly say I had absolutely no intention, and the conversation would end awkwardly with everyone going, um.. I was curious about the reason, but didn't ask, and here they just told me the reason and said to think about it once, so it didn't feel pushy at all. Also, in real life, if I don't curl my lashes, I can see my eyelashes in my normal field of view, and if I do curl them, my inner eye corners are sagging so the lashes don't lift all the way and my eyes often end up looking triangular... But my eyes themselves aren't small, and I like my eye shape, so I had been living without planning to do anything for fear of ruining them. My friend had her eyes and nose done here and they turned out really natural, and since it's a place run by one female director, I have at least made a reservation here. But somehow the nose feels too natural and the eyes might show too much, so I'm still thinking about it...
