I had buried double eyelids and full canthoplasty about 2 years ago. The inner corner surgery was too weakly opened and left severe scarring, so I even had revision surgery, but it still scarred, formed folds, and remained under-opened. The buried method became uneven, and one side gradually loosened, so I had revision surgery elsewhere. The outer corner surgery gave me a side effect where one side felt like it was catching on something. Back then, when I said I was getting double folds and two lines were forming and loosening after the buried procedure, they said it was because of swelling even though there was no swelling, but in the end it just became fainter. I also remember them saying the catching sensation would go away, but it stayed the same, and they gaslit me by saying my eyes were naturally uneven.
