Of the places I have been to, the CT fee and estimate fee were the most expensive. It felt a bit like the luxury brand of plastic surgery clinics lol When I explained the direction I wanted to improve, they listened to my opinions and clearly explained how the nose surgery would be carried out. They also told me realistically how high they could make it. In addition to off-the-shelf silicone, they also use custom-made silicone. Not using nasal packing after surgery also seems like a major advantage. Still, the estimate was so expensive by my standards that I was shocked. I had also consulted in Gangnam, but it was mostly in the 250 to 350 range. Hearing an estimate in the 500 range here was shocking lol If you use off-the-shelf silicone, it does come down into the 400 range, but it still seems tough.
