I only intended to have the double-chin muscles tied down, but I was recommended liposuction, and they said the thread had to be anchored too, so I ended up having that done as well. I had not expected much, so it did not disappear completely, but overall I am satisfied. The doctor seemed very confident, and seems to have the skill to match that confidence. If I were told to do it again, I probably would. The surgery was painful.
