I had a consultation for my first double eyelid surgery. They said an incisional method would be better for my eyes, but since it was my first surgery, a non-incisional method would also be possible. I was surprised when they said they would not recommend the back or lower canthoplasty. I liked that they were honest about what would not work, thinking about the patient. If it really had to be done, they said it could be done after incisional double eyelid surgery, once everything had settled after about a year. The director's impression was good, and I liked that they tried to listen to what I wanted.
