Doctor kindness: The doctor wasn't super, super kind, but their face and manner of speaking felt warm and approachable, so it didn't feel like they were rude or anything like that (maybe because I had watched YouTube videos beforehand...)
Staff kindness: The staff friendliness was just the level you'd expect from busy hospitals... a helpless smile of capitalism..
My surgery review: For the surgery, they removed the silicone first, so I'm satisfied with the bridge of my nose (I had vaguely heard that, using the same principle as in forehead surgery, they sort of create a tent with the skin and fill the inside with firm tissue, but I still don't really understand it lol) Maybe because the tip was done with ear cartilage..? It seems like they couldn't fix the bulbous nose. They lifted it naturally, so if you want even a slightly refined, delicate look, I recommend looking elsewhere too. I decided too quickly because of the bridge surgery method... sigh. Still, I think I probably would have chosen here anyway.. There are ways to maintain the bridge even after removing the silicone, and because the nose tip is based on the septum (I agree with that thought too.. I didn't want the septum touched), I spent 2 to 3 years looking around for a place that would only raise it with ear cartilage without touching anything else <- this is probably why I have been searching for a revision-surgery hospital for 2 to 3 years.. Anyway, I am dissatisfied because of the blunt nose tip (the bridge is awesome now that I am free from silicone)
Surgery price: Because it was revision surgery, the price was 5.8 million won (originally 6 million won, but 200,000 won was discounted because I booked the surgery on the consultation day). I paid 600,000 won at the consultation, and the receipt is for the difference. I heard the first surgery also costs a bit, around the 4 million won range??
Annoying things: Regarding the consultation, I kept making a reservation through KakaoTalk and went, but either my reservation disappeared or they never entered it at all, so I ended up waiting for a while... I was pretty annoyed then because I had come a long way, ugh.. Also, on YouTube comments they say the consultation is very thorough, but when I went, it wasn't that long..
Hospital facilities: The facilities are just okay, as long as they're not shabby.. actually, if it's too flashy, that feels suspicious(??)
Misc: Still, after the surgery, the doctor does answer inquiry messages pretty well It's been 6 months, and they said that after 2 months most of the swelling would go down, but my nose tip is still like a nose bulb and I'm going crazy, everyone.. I am writing a review, but because of the nose tip I feel like I am going insane, so I'll just stop here.. I wrote this as calmly as I could while still being in a nose-bulb state
