I was quoted for a bridge of the nose using no implant + tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage (if needed) + hump removal + slightly shortening a short nose + septum. The doctor, as rumored, really listened carefully to what I had to say and said they would make it look natural and unobtrusive. They pulled on my nose and said it was a pretty nose that would look beautiful with only a small, natural increase in height, and warned me not to raise it too much, so I trust them.
