I thought short noses always required rib cartilage, but as I kept searching, I found places that can do it with ear cartilage derotation too. They say there are only around 10 people in Korea with this level of skill. If anyone has had it done, I’m curious how it was ㅠ I wonder if it will end up becoming upturned again ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
