I went for a consultation in 2022 because of a mini facelift, and they consulted me kindly and thoroughly. The consultation coordinator and the director were all very kind. The price was not bad either. But full facelift surgery still felt too daunting, so I did not go ahead with surgery right away and only took a business card before leaving so I could look into other places.
