I had a consultation. Other places said silicone could be used as much as I wanted, but here the doctor explained the limits that fit my nose. He said the tip being high can make it a more difficult surgery than with a lower nose, and that it would be enough to improve the deviated septum to a certain extent (without doing too much).
I visited many other hospitals too, but I decided on surgery because of the confident attitude. I sincerely hope you do not get this done at an ENT clinic just because of insurance coverage and cost if the purpose is cosmetic.
Losing the reservation deposit taught me a big lesson!
