The doctor’s explanation was easy enough to understand. If confidence in any method comes from skill and from who performs it, that would be ideal, but since I didn’t know anyone who had done it there, I couldn’t be fully sure. The manager explained by sharing her own surgery case, so that did make me trust it a bit.
