The available consultation times were limited, and when I went at that time there was no waiting. The lobby was quiet and clean. Because of the current coronavirus situation, it is a hospital where only people who have booked and paid the consultation fee can visit, and that appealed to me more than large hospitals where many people come and go. Everything was transparent, including the surgery process and tax reporting.
Manager consultation: The doctor-relay communication about the surgery was smooth, and the Q&A proceeded calmly. Even without being excessively overfriendly, they responded kindly and elegantly. After hearing about the surgical process, I became convinced that a shadow doctor would be completely impossible here.
Director consultation: Satisfied. They clearly explained what was and was not possible regarding the photos and cases I brought, and after hearing the full explanation of the surgical method, I asked them to explain it once more. Contrary to the somewhat cold-looking impression, they explained things well. When I mentioned the types I wanted to avoid, such as a lifted nose, pinched nose, pointed nose, no visible change, or tip drooping, they said they would not operate that way, and the before-and-after photos they showed were generally natural and matched the style I wanted. As with other people's reviews, the director had clear standards and confidence.
Other hospitals had some cases where patient reviews were hidden even though their ratings were good, but here there were no cases in the reviews where the hospital had requested blinding, which made me trust it. The key reason I went for a consultation was that they did not do much marketing and seemed not to manipulate ratings, yet patient reviews were good. The director's career history was also clear. Having built a long career at a hospital under their own name was another point that made me trust them more than other hospitals.
