Siwoo is famous for revision rhinoplasty, so I went for a consultation on Tuesday with high expectations. The clinic interior was clean. I had my nose photos taken while waiting, talked with the consultant, and then met the doctor for the consultation. Because the clinic is so well known for noses, the doctor seemed to have a lot of confidence. He said that if you go to him, you won't need revision surgery. Compared with that, I thought the consultation itself was not that great. There was not much explanation about improving my current issues, and it mostly felt like, "Just trust me and leave it to me." He said costal cartilage would have to be used, and that the difference between donor costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage was only the price, but there was no mention of resorption or side effects. I thought the cost was high, but the consultant said that was because they were that confident. The consultant explains things more clearly and carefully than the doctor.
