I went in as a case of a flat-nosed nose. The coordinator was kind. The director was very confident about cosmetic surgery. So I had the surgery there, but my nose did not come down dramatically or anything like that. People around me cannot tell at all that I had a nose job.. My nostrils are uneven too, so I am thinking about revision surgery again.
