Where is the nose? GNG!

I had terrible nasal congestion ever since I was little, but most people said I had rhinitis, so I just lived with it. They used septal cartilage for both the bridge and the tip, and they also improved my rhinitis and deviated septum! The surgeon said it was because my nasal valve was very narrow. Since they clearly understood the cause, my nose now feels incredibly clear when I breathe. My nose, which used to look uneven, now has a smooth line, so my face looks softer too. Even the side profile is neat now, so these days it looks pretty from every angle and my confidence keeps going up. The lingering headaches I used to live with are all gone too, so I wake up feeling refreshed in the morning!
