This was my first surgery, and I had autologous costal cartilage, a short-nose correction, and bulbous nose correction. I wanted to improve it so subtly that I almost wondered whether it had even been touched, but then I also thought, if that is the case, does it even have meaning to do it at all? I kept debating it right up until I signed the consent form. It seems like only the chubby feeling of my nose has been taken away, so it looks natural, but maybe it just feels that way because it is my own nose. How does it look to other people? Does it look different at all?
