I looked into hospitals a lot while worrying about revision eye surgery. After my first natural-adhesion surgery, the line had almost completely loosened and the height was slightly different, so I kept feeling stressed. For the revision, I spent a lot of time visiting places to get a natural yet clear semi-out line. After consultations at several hospitals in Gangnam, I decided to go with Dr. Kim Ki-beom. My first impression was very calm and trustworthy, and the consultation wasn’t rushed at all. He checked my eyes carefully one by one and explained everything. He made it easy to understand why the original line turned out the way it did and what method would be needed to correct it to get the line I wanted. What I especially liked was that instead of pushing for something flashy, he designed a pretty semi-out line based on what suited my eyes. He didn’t make it overly high, and it starts naturally from the inner corner, then looks clear and a little bit glamorous when my eyes are open, which I love so much lol It feels exactly like the look I wanted. My original eyes were a bit blank and innocent-looking,,; Because it was a revision surgery, I was worried about scarring or adhesions, but he explained specifically how those would be loosened and handled during the procedure. I was extremely nervous on the day of surgery, but the hospital staff guided me kindly, and right before the surgery the doctor checked the line again, which made me trust them even more. The surgery finished quickly and there was less pain than I expected. I did have some swelling right after, but after drinking pumpkin juice and applying cold compresses often, it went down quickly. For a revision surgery, the recovery was fast and the line turned out clean, so I felt relieved. There wasn’t much discomfort during recovery, and the bruising wasn’t severe, so I was able to return to daily life quickly haha As time passed, the swelling dropped fast and my semi-out line gradually settled into the clear shape I wanted. The inner corner starts naturally, and toward the outer corner it opens up refreshingly and more glamorously, which is exactly the line I wanted, so I’m extremely satisfied these days! Now it’s been 3 months since surgery and everything has fully settled. When my eyes are open, they look clear and glamorous, and when they’re closed the line doesn’t look too much, so I really like it! Most of all, the symmetry on both sides is good, and instead of the old blank, innocent feeling, I think I successfully changed my image into something more glamorous and urban, which makes me happiest! I was worried because it was a revision, but in the end it was such a good choice. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a natural yet glamorous semi-out line surgery or revision surgery! I’m really satisfied, haha so I recommend at least getting a consultation once!
