I got double-eyelid surgery 5 years ago, and it gradually loosened over time. Now I barely have a double eyelid at all, and my eyes looked too dull, so I went in for a revision consultation. At the consultation, they said I would need an incisional revision. Honestly, I was a little put off because I worried an incision would look obvious and artificial. But the director said I have a lot of fat on my eyelids, so if I want it to last, I should do it with an incision. After hearing more, it seemed true, so I trusted the director and moved forward with the incision.
