Nose Re-Surgery

Think carefully before using autologous costal cartilage for a first rhinoplasty

For some reason I thought I'd never need a revision in my life, so I had my first nose surgery using autologous costal cartilage. But the line turned out more dramatic than I expected, so I went in for a revision consultation to lower it more naturally lol. What I was worried about was whether, if I removed the rib cartilage and lowered the height, the skin that had already stretched might sag. But after the consultation, they said that given my skin quality and how much they would lower it, I didn't need to worry too much about that part, so I felt a little relieved [Clinic A] was a hospital where a friend had their revision surgery, but it wasn't in Seoul, so I had passed on it. But this time I heard they had moved to Seoul, so I went for a consultation, and the director was almost exactly like the style I had seen on YouTube. His tone was a little blunt, but everything he said was right.. And it was nice that I could check the design in advance. [Clinic B] is famous for implant removal, so I went with high expectations, but the director was the kind of person who does very fast consultations and points out only the necessary things. If you really want to hear only the core points without any fluff, it would probably suit you well. All the consultations were fine, but I still do not plan to decide right away, and I want to compare a few more places.
