I had my nose surgery around November! My nose was not a bad nose, but by my standards I thought it was low, so I ended up getting surgery.
My preferences were absolutely no artificial look, no straight vertical nostrils, no Pinocchio nose, and absolutely no columella missing. My nose is small and short, so if surgery seemed difficult or likely to look obvious, I was not going to do it.
Originally I had made a surgery appointment because K.D. supposedly did natural work well, but while waiting for the surgery date, I came across Director Lee Byeong-jun's YouTube channel at Named Plastic Surgery.
He was saying exactly the same things as my own preferences, so I booked a consultation right away. After the consultation, I felt this was the place, and although the price went over my budget, I paid because I thought I would regret it if I did not go here.
The result was a big success! I wanted to keep the strengths and overall feel of my original nose while making it longer and more refined, and I ended up with a nose that is so natural and elegant
Everyone around me was against it, but after the surgery, once they saw my nose, they all said I did well haha. It has been 6 months now, and it really feels like my own nose, with nothing particularly uncomfortable. The area where the autologous costal cartilage was taken was not especially painful, and recovery was quick. If I could go back, I think I would do it again at Named!
