Day 5 after complete non-implant removal

In order: before removal (post-op nose), 45-degree angle, full side view. Even though it was non-implant, the reason I had it removed was that the tip was raised way too much, so the step between the bridge and the tip looked severe and it seemed like a saddle nose, and the nasolabial angle was too upturned, which looked bad. Also, the first surgeon used my septal bone however they wanted for a spreader graft, so I could barely breathe through one side for 6 months.. Thankfully it seems like the functional side has come back now, and when the director checked during surgery and said, "Try breathing, I removed it, and you should be able to breathe well now," I tried it and could really breathe well They say keeping the packing in longer is better, so I think I will leave it in for two more days and remove everything on day 7. I changed the packing today and came in for a follow-up. I was surprised when I briefly took out the nasal packing today because my nostrils looked so large, but that is because of the packing, and they will shrink quickly, right..?? lolllllll Other than that, even taking the swelling into account, it seems okay. The tip has returned to a rounder shape and the nose is no longer upturned like before. Of course I still need to watch the shape as recovery continues.. but just being able to remove it safely and getting the function back already makes me feel much more relieved I do not know when I will take down the photos.
