After my first surgery, the nose I had in mind was nothing like what I got, and nobody even knew I had had my nose done. After shaving down the hump and raising it, all I heard was why did my nose get bigger. Also, because of cartilage resorption, there was a sharp edge and a hollow indentation on the bridge, so even the director seemed to think this was not right when he looked at it. His sense of aesthetics seemed really solid. But before the revision surgery, after going around to several clinics for consultations by in-person search, I was in a rather miserable state facing a hopeless future where even revision surgery would not improve things much. Still, I kept emphasizing: make the nose as short as possible and make it look slim!! and it seems he understood perfectly. I am very satisfied now that the swelling has gone down. It feels like the best nose that could be made from my own nose, so honestly I regretted my first surgery, but after revision I am satisfied. And during the revision I also had nasal axis narrowing, which seems to have made a big difference too. I should have done it from the first surgery. The 2 million won added for nasal axis narrowing is definitely expensive. But considering the director’s experience, it is understandable. I acknowledge both the skill and the aesthetics
