I had a consultation at ㅇㅇ today and was recommended full autologous costal cartilage with dcf (a method of finely crushing the autologous rib cartilage, molding it, and inserting it). Is this the right kind of nose for full autologous costal cartilage? How is it there? Please only people who have actually had the surgery share reviews.. The consultation was excellent beyond words, but the price is steep and there seem to be some bad reviews, so I am torn I am on my fourth surgery, and I desperately want this to be the last one... Or please recommend another hospital that specializes in revision surgery for contracted noses using autologous costal cartilage. I prefer a natural-looking result. I have nowhere else to ask
