The silicone is in place and if the tip drops, is removal surgery easy???? That's exactly what the title says. It's been a while since the surgery, and it seems like the tip has dropped. The materials used were silicone and ear cartilage; nothing else was used. I hope removal surgery is easy. That would be greedy of me, but it's what I want haha
