I had rhinoplasty in February, with hump reduction and osteotomy, but one side of the osteotomy ended up sunken in too much, and the hump on the other side wasn't shaved down. I really get the feeling the doctor did it because they didn't like me. And my nose used to be straight, but the cartilage below the nasal bone ended up deviating to the leftㅡㅡ
So this month marks 6 months, and next month I'm thinking of going to another clinic, getting examined, and reporting it to the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency and the Korea Consumer Agency, or filing a civil lawsuit? I feel like if I just go to the clinic, they won't refund me and will just brush it off.
Has anyone here had their nose surgery botched and then filed a civil lawsuit or reported it to those agencies and received compensation or a refund? I need to earn money right now, so I'm working with this face, but I'm so stressed, ha...ㅡㅡ
