I have thin skin, almost no fat, protruding eyes, and large eyes. I had these three done: buried-suture double eyelid surgery, fat grafting, and non-incisional ptosis correction.
If fat above the eyes is your concern and you’re also going to get ptosis correction, I think fat repositioning above the eyes would be better instead. The fat gradually disappears, and the ptosis correction also ends up being corrected ambiguously.
The advantage here is that the doctor is good at achieving symmetry. I’m not someone who is pathologically obsessed with symmetry, but they were good at making both the eyes and nose symmetrical. People’s faces are naturally uneven and asymmetrical from left to right. So matching symmetry is difficult, but they did it well. The doctor was a female doctor who looked around my mom’s age, so I felt mentally comfortable.
Aftercare is good, and the consultants are professional. Before and after surgery, when things come up that you want to ask, there are many consultants who are hard to reach right away or respond carelessly, but the consultant here responded quickly, which was good.
