I urgently made up my mind to get revision rhinoplasty. For my first surgery, I had it done at Wonjin, and for the revision I wanted to look into places other than Wonjin too. I made an appointment with Director Kim at Top Class nearby and had a consultation. My nose is short and it is an old surgical nose, so it is slightly upturned, and he said I absolutely needed costal cartilage. But the problem was, they were saying things like general anesthesia is safer than sedation anesthesia. General anesthesia just for nose surgery? They quoted 7 million won. (Also, this place doesn't even take a CT; they just scribble-scribble with a drawing.) I left without looking back. The next place I went was The Door, after making an appointment with Director Eom. There were a lot of surgery patients. I didn't have to wait much past my appointment time, the consultation started right away, and they took a CT. Here too, they also talked about costal cartilage. They said donated cartilage wasn't too bad either, and that they would make the shape look good. The price was 5.5 to 4.5 million won. This consultation wasn't bad either, but I'm planning to go to about two more places, and I have appointments booked now.
