I had my Hiko procedure material removed with a closed approach and improved my nasal tip with ear cartilage! Until now, I felt burdened by major surgery and was worried something might go wrong, so I held out with nasal filler and thread procedures. But after getting procedures more than 3-4 times, the shape stopped coming out well (it felt like the nasal tip was sinking down..), and maybe as a side effect(?), I even developed a slight hump that I didn’t have before.. (The doctor said it seemed like the Hiko threads had clumped together..)
After a huge amount of searching, I liked most that Cozelko inserts crushed cartilage, so it can be done with a closed approach, which means swelling and recovery time are short. For me, the most important condition when getting a procedure or surgery is whether it is safe and natural! I think this was a choice that fit those needs perfectly. - Since the threads were removed, I got some bruising, so I’m waiting for the bruises to fade quickly. Other than bruising, there wasn’t much pain or swelling, so there was really little burden after surgery. - My nasal tip improved exactly how I wanted, very naturally without being excessive, so I’m extremely satisfied! It absolutely doesn’t give the vibe of “I got plastic surgery~,” and it’s slim and pretty like my original nose. I also like that additional procedures are possible later if desired! - The doctor and the managers at B&Young Hospital were all kind and gentle, so I wasn’t too nervous and had it done comfortably! I’m satisfied with both the process and the results, so I highly recommend it to people who want to naturally refine their nose like I did! (And thinking about it in the end, I think it’s best not to get nasal filler and thread procedures from the start if possible.
